Our office wants all of our patients to be able to comfortably afford dental care. We proudly offer the following financial policies so that our patients can have the opportunity to decide which payment option best suits their needs.
Insurance: Our office understands the value of insurance benefits to our patients and will gladly work with you to help you get the maximum benefit available to you. Dental insurance is a major fringe benefit in many companies, groups and organizations. No dental plan is meant to be a "pay all" or total coverage plan. It must be considered a financial aid to obtaining good oral health. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100 percent of the cost of your treatment. We will assist you in dealing with your insurance as best we can. Therefore, we will be happy to send off any dental claims right after your treatment is complete so that they can issue any reimbursement promptly. You will be required to take care of your balance same day of service using any of our available options listed below.
Pre-Payment of treatment in full. Our office offers a 5 percent discount off the Doctor's fees to those patients willing to pay for treatment in full in advance.
Credit Card and Pre-Authorized Credit Card Monthly Payments. If you prefer to pay out portions of your balance on your credit card on a monthly basis, we can do so over a maximum period of 4 months. Upon patient signature of a detailed financial arrangement, payments will automatically be put through on the date agreed upon. (This applies also to post dated cheques).
Down payment takes place at the initial treatment appointment which is 50 percent of the estimated fees.
We would be happy to work with you to plan out the most appropriate arrangements for you budget. Financing your treatment allows you to start your dental care immediately and spread payments over a period of time. Most importantly, it offers you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of your dental health without the financial strain.
