Some factors include, the reason for the denture in the first place eg. lost tooth or teeth, the location of the lost teeth, cost, materials used and long term maintenance and care. How do I maintain my dentures?

Cleanliness is a virtue! Each denture solution has it's own particular maintenance regime which we will be able to thoroughly educate you on. As a general rule, keeping your dentures clean avoids bacteria build up and prolongs the life of your denture. Keeping the abutments and gumline clean as well is a necessary step to prolonged oral health.
